Foreign students who have a permanent or temporary residence permit in Latvia, has a personal identification code issued in Latvia, Internet banking access or eSignature issued in Latvia, can apply on the website manavakcina.lv. In other cases, students can apply for vaccination by phone 8989.

When applying, student must provide personal details, contact information and preferred vaccination location, whether he or she have a specific chronic disease and whether student is working in a profession that is included in the list of priority groups.
