The SDSI is implemented through the cooperation of 3 universities – Art Academy of Latvia, University of Lapland (Finland) and Estonian Academy of Arts. The Stockholm School of Economics, as an associate partner, participates in the programme in a tutoring capacity as well. Last year the programme was awarded with the prestigious Erasmus Mundus status which is also known as the quality sign in European education. Thanks to the support of European Commission, this September the programme will be able to welcome 30 new students from all around the world. Duration of the studies is 2 years and it will be held on-site only. First year (2 semesters) the students will spend in Latvia, Kuldīga, followed by one semester in Finland, Rovaniemi and one in Estonia, Tallin.

A generous scholarship of 1400 EUR per month is available for the duration of the studies (2 years) and a complete tuition fee waiver for 20 students annually, starting with the study year 2023/2024.
